- Own the Next.js/TypeScript application, Python serverless APIs, and Supabase/Postgres data layer for an award-flight booking platform.
- Built an AI booking assistant with knowledge retrieval, citation validation, human escalation, and conversation-auditing tools.
- Improved flight-search reliability with parallel provider queries, cached airport data, timeouts, and circuit breakers.
